Amazon has launched a Kindle application for BlackBerry that lets customers purchase and read e-books. Just like the company’s application for iPhone and iPod touch , if you already have a Kindle, you’re able to sync the BlackBerry app with it, meaning information like the last page you were on is consistent across devices. The download is free, though only newer BlackBerry models are supported -– specifically Curve 8520 and 8900, Tour 9630, Bold 9000 and 9700, and Storm 9500, 9530, and 9550.
